ETS-Lindgren's Model 4310 Shielded Fiber Optic Camera System (CCTV) provides a cost effective means of visual monitoring in areas where EMI field strengths are present. The use of fiber optics as the transmission medium eliminates the conduction of interference in test areas.
Camera
The system is provided with a high performance color camera fitted with a 6:1 zoom lens. The camera uses a fiber optic unit to encode the video signal for optical transmission. All controls are accessible from the rear of the camera housing. Shielding integrity is provided by a fully gasketed case with shielded window. However, movement of the camera is not recommended during measurement.
Receiver Unit
The fiber optic receiver unit converts the optical signal to a standard 1 V P-P 75 Ohm video output. The unit may be free-standing or panel mounted and is powered by a plug-in power cable.
Mounting
The unit can be provided with a table stand, a wall mounting bracket or a non-metallic tripod.
Fiber Optic Cable
The system is supplied as standard with a 10-meter fiber cable assembly with type ST connectors. Other lengths can be supplied to order.
